The Foundation for a Family Constellation

Setting up your family system in a constellation must depart from a fundamental issue or distress. It cannot be done out of curiosity—then it has no power. A constellation concerns a single issue or theme and may bring a related entanglement to light. Actual grave events that happened in the family are the key to that entanglement. On the one hand based on the issue and on the other hand based on the actual events, the family constellation is set up.

A resolution is not always possible. Often it is. Then there comes clarity, acceptance and peace in the family system and for its members.
