The work in a family constellation is usually quite intensive and affects all who are present. Although the issues of participants are always unique and personal, the healing through a resolution is often universal and is shared by all participants. That is why just being present in a constellation workshop can already have a strong effect.
For first time participants this may be enough to start an inner process towards healing. Then, in a later workshop they may deepen that process by a setting up a constellation for their own family. However, even if you are a first time participant and you have a burning issue you want to work on, then setting up your family may be the right thing to do.
All participants will have the opportunity to experience being a representative in constellations of others.
To have enough representatives for almost any constellation at least five men and at least five women should be present in a workshop. In a two-day workshop about ten participants can set up their family. Usually we work with a larger group.
You will experience how in a workshop gradually a field emerges of openness, safety, depth, intensity and presence. In order not to disturb this field it is necessary that participants stay for the entire duration of the workshop.
